Welcome to my free meal plan!

Here you will find meal plans designed for easy weeknight dinners. These meal plans are not meant for specific type of diets. They are just menu ideas you can incorporate into your weekly meal planning. Each of the meals below are dinner recipes.  

My meal planning system focuses only on dinner menus. I typically use my staple list to cover my breakfast and lunch menu plans.

You can also find recipes that you can add to your dinner menu for the week. You can find the list, on my navigation bar on the right!

Each weekly free menu has 5 nights of dinner ideas; 2 of the nights are meant for leftovers.

  • Ribeye Steak with Grilled Corn; Option: Mix finely diced garlic, parsley and extra virgin olive oil to form a sauce to pour on top of the cooked steaks
  • Tuna Casserole with Romaine Lettuce Salad
  • Italian Sausage with Pasta
  • Beef Stir Fry with Rice
  • Large Greek Salad & Grilled Tilapia-fill the salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, lettuce and top with feta cheese

  • Low Carb Meat Pie with Romaine Salad with Tomatoes
  • Roasted Sweet Potato and Fried Egg with Broccoli Quinoa Bowl

You can use my menu's as-is, or just use them to get ideas of what will work for you. Check back each weekend to get updated menus!

Menu's for Singles

It can be very difficult planning for meals if you are single. I have free meal plan suggestions if you are cooking for one that can help you plan out meals using the same main course ingredient throughout the week. 

If you are looking for variety, you can easily use the meals suggested on my weekly menu. Each recipe is geared for up to 3-4 people. You can make it as-is and just have leftovers, or you can adjust the ingredient amounts for 1-2 people.
