Baked Salmon



If you are looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, then this baked salmon recipe is for you. It takes 30 minutes or less to cook up this healthy meal. You can serve the fish with rice or pasta.


Ingredients

*2 Salmon Filets

*Salt to taste

*Raspberry Chipotle Sauce-Pre-packaged (Optional)








Preparation

*Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

*Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish, salt.

*Baked until done, approximately 20-25 minutes. Do not overcook.

*Pour a bit of the raspberry chipotle sauce on the fish (optional).
