Cream Of Mushroom Chicken



On any given night a common recipe in most households is baked chicken. Due to it's popularity, baked chicken can get boring so finding interesting recipes can be a challenge. This cream of mushroom chicken recipe is a must try. Not only does it leave the chicken juicy, it also adds a lot of flavor.



Ingredients

*6 Chicken Pieces (Thighs and/or Drumsticks)

*1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

*1/4. C. Water

*Salt to Taste



Preparation

*In a casserole dish, lay out the chicken pieces. Add a little bit of salt on both sides of the chicken.

*From the can, spoon the cream of mushroom on top of the chicken pieces and smooth it out.

*Add 1/4 C. of water to the bottom of the casserole dish.

*Bake in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour.

*To serve: On top of rice or pasta.
