*4 Dover sole fillets
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil
*Salt and Pepper to Taste
*1 T. Dried Tarragon or 2 T. Fresh Tarragon
*1 T. Lemon Juice
Preparation
*Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
*Brush Dover sole fillets with extra virgin olive oil.
*Season with salt, pepper, and tarragon.
*Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
*To serve: Drizzle with lemon juice. You can serve it with pasta or rice.
