German Style Pork ChopsGerman Style Pork Chops-mealplan4me

Welcome to my pork recipes! Each of these recipes are super easy to make and do not take a lot of time to prepare and cook. Most of them can be made any day of the week, even on busy weeknights. One of my favorite recipes is the pork tenderloin recipe. You can dress that recipe up or down, depending on if you are having a casual or a more formal dinner. You can also use any type of spices and herbs as you wish. Because it is so versatile, it is one of my favorites!

Pork Burritos

This recipe is a slow-cooker, pork roast recipe. I usually make this during the Fall and Winter months, but it can be made any time of the year. You can serve it as-is, as a roast, or once cooked, shred it into strips into a burrito.

Pork Chop Recipe

This is a recipe I got from my mom. She started making this dish years ago inspired by a German cookbook. I know that this is not the original recipe, so you can go into any German cookbook to get the traditional ingredients. This is a quicker and easier version for me and it's the version I grew up eating. The beer in this recipe really makes it taste so flavorful!

Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin is an affordable cut in comparison to beef. It's very tender and really versatile. I've made pork tenderloin dishes using different types of spices and herbs. Depending on what type of herbs and spices you choose, you set a theme to your dish. The one I have listed is a typical recipe I tend to use when making this dish.

Pork Sausage, Peppers, Onions & Potatoes

This is one of my easiest recipes! I also have it listed under my 5-Ingredients or less list. It's a go-to meal especially during the busy work week. I've made this dish with and without the potatoes, depending on the time of year. During the Fall and Winter months, I typically add the potatoes, but during warmer months, I omit them and serve the dish alongside a healthy side salad.

Pork Spare Ribs

You can buy pork spare ribs already seasoned or you can add your own seasonings and grill it up yourself. It makes a difference in price and the pre-seasoned ribs tend to have a lot more salt, so I recommend seasoning it up yourself. I have a dry rub that I typically use, but feel free to mix up your own spices.
