Slow Cooker Pork Burritos
Ingredients
*Pork Roast
*1 15oz. can kidney beans
*1 green bell pepper-cut into strips
*1-2 diced jalapenos
*1 medium onion-chopped
*1 T. chili powder
*Salt and Pepper- as much or as little desired.
*1 T. cumin
*1 medium tomato-chopped
*Flour Tortillas
Preparation
*Season the pork roast with cumin, salt, pepper, and chili powder. *Place in the slow cooker. *Add the kidney beans with it's liquid. *Add the green bell pepper, onion. *Add the tomato. *Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. *To serve: Tortillas, shredded cheese, salsa, cilantro or whatever you like!
