Quinoa Recipe

If you are looking for an healthier alternative to rice and pasta, then try this great quinoa recipe. I found quinoa to be quite versatile so experiment with certain dishes to see what it works with best. I've served quinoa with Cornish hens, chicken, and beef dishes. It is very light and fluffy in texture. I started buying it since it's known for it's health benefits, including that it is gluten-free.
