This Spicy Tuna Wrap is a great meal idea for lunch, brunch or even as a light dinner! You can easily substitute the spinach tortillas for regular tortillas or just turn it into a sandwich!
To prepare this dish, drain a can of tuna and place the contents in a large bowl. With a fork, break up the tuna until it's shredded. You will then need to season the tuna. Add the salt, ground mustard and turmeric, then mix. Add 1/2 cup (or more if you like it creamier) of mayo. Then mix. Add the remaining ingredients: parsley, green hot chili and red onion. Mix well. Add a bit more salt, if needed.
To serve: Add the tuna inside the spinach tortillas, then top it off with some alfalfa. Wrap it up and with a knife, cut the tortilla diagonally. Serve with a side of pickle.
